Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Bulk IBC Totes website, quote tools, customer accounts and related services operated by Wholesale Industry LLC. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these terms together with the terms shown on the applicable quote, invoice or order document.
Product information and availability
Product descriptions, photographs, specifications, availability and pricing may change. New, used, rinsed, reconditioned and surplus IBC totes, components and accessories may vary by lot. Website content and a quote request do not constitute acceptance of an order. The final product, quantity, condition, price, freight and timing are established by the accepted written transaction documents.
Quotes, orders and payment
Quotes may be limited by time, quantity and availability. Orders are subject to acceptance and any stated deposit, credit, payment or tax requirements. Changes or cancellations may result in charges when product has been reserved, prepared, shipped or specially obtained.
Pickup, freight and delivery
Pickup and delivery arrangements must be confirmed before travel or shipment. Delivery estimates depend on inventory, carrier availability, destination, access, appointment requirements and events outside our reasonable control. Freight terms, unloading responsibilities and transfer of risk are governed by the applicable quote, invoice, bill of lading or other order document.
Inspection, claims and returns
Inspect products promptly at pickup or delivery. Report visible shortages or damage on the delivery record and contact us promptly with supporting photographs and documentation. Returns require prior authorization and may be limited by product condition, special-order status, freight costs and the written terms of the transaction.
Suitability and warranties
The buyer is responsible for confirming that a product, material, prior-use history, dimensions, load rating, fittings and condition are suitable for the intended use. Food, potable-water, hazardous-material and other regulated applications require application-specific review. Any warranty is limited to the warranty expressly stated in the applicable transaction documents or provided by the manufacturer.
Accounts and acceptable use
Account holders are responsible for protecting their credentials and for authorized activity performed through their accounts. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or use its content or services unlawfully.
Site content
Site content, branding and original materials are owned by Wholesale Industry LLC or used with permission. They may not be copied, republished or exploited commercially without authorization, except as permitted by law.
Service limitations
To the extent permitted by law, the site and its general informational content are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated in accepted transaction documents. Wholesale Industry LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
