Bulk Orders

Request quantity pricing and freight for your actual IBC load, whether you are planning one project or repeat purchases.

Request a Quote

Choose the lot before the load

Specify capacity, grade, preparation level and intended use. Ask for prior-content information and current photos. Quantity pricing depends on the offered lot and shipping origin.

Share your buying requirements

Include the quantity, preferred origin or receiving ZIP, timing and whether the purchase is a one-time or recurring requirement. Tell us about any required lot documentation or matching connections.

Compare pickup with delivered pricing

A lower unit price does not always mean a lower delivered total. Compare the full quote, including freight and any quoted receiving services, for the same quantity and conditions.

Plan unloading

Confirm the receiving address type, equipment, dock access and appointment requirements. Liftgate or limited-access needs must be included before freight arrangements are finalized.

What happens next

We review the requested product and origin, confirm current availability and provide the applicable quantity and transport quote. A request does not reserve inventory or guarantee a dispatch date.

Pick your capacity

Compare 275-gallon totes and 330-gallon totes by condition, valve and pickup or delivery. 330-gallon totes hold more; confirm height and loading requirements. Larger orders may need carrier freight or several approved trips.

Let’s confirm the details.

Bulk IBC totes are our everyday business: wholesale IBC totes by the partial load or full truckload, with quantity pricing tiers that lower the per-tote price as volume grows. This page explains tiers, mixed loads, scheduling, unloading requirements, lot photos and repeat supply programs.

Bulk IBC Totes: How Larger Orders Work

Bulk IBC totes are sold the same way as a single tote, with more planning around the lot and the truck. You tell us what you need, we match a lot of like totes, confirm availability and pricing, and schedule freight or pickup. Quantity pricing tiers apply, and larger quantities lower the per-tote price.

We stage bulk orders from our yards in Pennsville, New Jersey and Tampa, Florida, and run an in-house freight operation for some regional deliveries alongside LTL and truckload carriers.

Exact tier breakpoints and prices are confirmed with each quote. We do not publish fixed prices because lot condition, size mix and freight all move the number.

IBC Totes by the Truckload

A full truckload is about 60 caged totes. The exact count depends on tote size, pallet type, trailer and whether totes ride stacked. When you buy IBC totes by the truckload you get the lowest per-tote price tier and one freight charge spread across the whole load.

  • One lot, one standard. A truckload is built from like totes so the units you unload match the photos you approved.
  • Mixed loads are possible. A truck can carry a mix of 275 and 330 gallon totes, or Used and Reconditioned, or food and non-food history, as long as it is planned up front.
  • Labeled for sorting. On mixed loads, ask us how each group will be marked so receiving staff can separate them quickly.

Wholesale IBC Totes for Resellers, Farms and Industry

Resellers

Buy wholesale IBC totes by the load and resell locally. Consistent lots and photos make listings easier. Ask about repeat supply.

Industrial buyers

Standardize on one size and grade for process fluids, rinse water and cleaning solutions. See industrial process storage.

Scheduling a Bulk Order

  1. Request a quote with size, condition, grade, quantity, intended use, delivery ZIP and your receiving hours.
  2. Review the lot. We describe the lot's history and condition and send current lot photos on request.
  3. Confirm the order. Price, freight and the lot are confirmed in writing with the quote.
  4. Book the truck. We schedule freight around your receiving window, or set a pickup appointment at a yard.
  5. Receive and check. Count the totes, compare them with the approved photos, and note any freight damage on the delivery paperwork before signing.

Receiving and Unloading Requirements

How you will unload decides how the truck should be booked. Tell us before the quote is final.

Your site has…What to expect
Loading dockStandard trailer backs to the dock; unload with a pallet jack or forklift. Fastest option for truckloads.
Forklift, no dockUnload from the ground at the side or rear of the trailer. Allow room for the truck to maneuver and a firm, level surface.
No dock, no forkliftLiftgate service is usually needed and suits smaller LTL orders. Totes are bulky; plan a pallet jack and a hard surface at the drop point.

Also tell us about access limits: gate widths, low wires, soft ground, residential streets or delivery-hour restrictions. A truck that cannot reach your drop point is the most common cause of a missed delivery.

Storing a Bulk Delivery

Sixty totes take up real space. Empty caged totes on a 40 × 48 inch footprint need roughly the floor area of sixty standard pallets, less if they can be stacked within the label rating. Plan a level staging area close to where the totes will be used, keep caps on so rain and debris stay out, and keep aisles wide enough for a forklift. Totes stored outdoors for long periods last longer shaded or under IBC tote covers.

Lot Photos for Bulk Orders

For larger orders, ask for photos of the lot as staged, plus close-ups of a representative bottle, cage, pallet, valve and label. Photos on the site are representative; the lot confirmed on the quote is what ships. Our process is on tote photos and order review, and the IBC tote condition guide lists what to look for.

Planning Freight Costs on a Bulk Order

Freight is often the largest variable in a bulk tote order, and a few choices make a real difference:

  • Consolidate. One truckload costs less per tote to ship than several partial shipments.
  • Pick the closer yard. Pennsville serves the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast; Tampa serves Florida and the Southeast. See locations.
  • Be flexible on timing. A flexible delivery window gives more routing options, including our own regional trucks.
  • Collect locally. Buyers near a yard can arrange pickup on their own trailers and skip freight entirely.
  • Size the order to the trailer. If you are near a truckload, ask what quantity fills the truck; topping off a load is often more efficient than leaving space empty.

Choosing Condition and Grade at Volume

At bulk quantities, small differences per tote add up. Match the lot to the actual job rather than buying the highest grade by default:

  • Used non-food totes are the usual choice for irrigation water, rain catchment, wash water and buyers who clean totes in-house.
  • Reconditioned totes save washing labor when you need totes ready to fill on arrival.
  • Food-history totes suit buyers who need that history for their application and will confirm suitability themselves.

Not sure which combination fits? Read shop by condition and shop by grade, or describe the use in your quote request and we will suggest a lot.

Repeat Supply Programs

If your operation uses totes continuously, a repeat supply arrangement keeps loads moving on a schedule you set. Many repeat buyers also have empty totes to return. We buy empty totes so they go back into service rather than to a landfill; see sell your IBC totes. Fittings for a full fleet are available from IBC fittings and adapters.

Request a Bulk or Truckload Quote

Bulk quotes move fastest with complete details, including how you will unload. Send us the size (275 or 330 gallon), condition (Used or Reconditioned), grade (food or non-food history), quantity, intended use and delivery ZIP or preferred pickup yard. We reply with a lot description, current lot photos on request, and freight or pickup options. Use the request a quote form or call 855-620-3426.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many IBC totes are in a truckload?

A full truckload is about 60 caged IBC totes. The exact count depends on tote size, pallet type, trailer and stacking. Truckloads are quoted individually to your delivery ZIP.

Can I mix sizes and grades in one bulk order?

Yes. A load can combine 275 and 330 gallon totes, Used and Reconditioned condition, or food and non-food grade history, as long as the mix is planned when you request the quote so the lot and truck can be built correctly.

Do bulk IBC tote orders get a lower price?

Yes. Quantity pricing tiers apply, and larger quantities lower the per-tote price. Exact tiers and pricing are confirmed with each quote because lot condition, size mix and freight all affect the total.

What do I need to unload a truckload of totes?

A loading dock is fastest. A forklift on firm, level ground also works. Without either, liftgate service is usually needed, which suits smaller orders. Tell us your unloading setup and any access limits before the truck is booked.

Do you offer repeat supply for IBC totes?

Yes. Businesses that use totes continuously can set up scheduled loads on an agreed cadence. We can also buy back your empty totes so they return to service.
