We do not accept returns. Confirm the capacity, condition, previous contents, intended-use suitability and accessory compatibility before purchasing. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Large-Order Deposits & Cancellations
Large orders require a non-refundable deposit. The deposit amount and payment schedule are stated in your quote or order. If you cancel an order with a required non-refundable deposit, that deposit is retained.
Pickup & Nationwide Freight
Shipping origin, available quantity, freight charges and pickup arrangements are confirmed for the actual lot. Product price guides exclude freight and tax unless your written quote says otherwise. Provide the destination ZIP, address type and dock, forklift or liftgate requirements. Confirm the pickup address and appointment before traveling.
Freight Damage
Freight damage claims are handled through our brokers and carriers. Inspect your shipment when it arrives, document visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take photographs and contact us promptly with your order number. We will help coordinate the claim and confirm the carrier’s documentation requirements and applicable coverage.
