What sizes can I request?
The currently assigned caged IBC catalog includes 275- and 330-gallon used and rinsed totes. Other liquid-storage models are quoted separately.
Can I choose a pickup location?
Tell us your preferred location. We confirm whether the product and quantity are available there and provide appointment or self-serve instructions.
Do you offer quantity pricing?
Quantity pricing depends on the product, condition and available lot. Review the tier shown for the selected product or ask for a bulk quote.
Are used totes washed?
Not necessarily. Review the condition and cleaning description for the specific lot. An unwashed tote may still contain residue.
Will any two-inch fitting fit?
No. Match the thread or connector standard, diameter, pitch and sealing arrangement on both sides.
Can I sell you my empty totes?
Send the quantity, prior contents, condition, photos and location through our contact page. We review each offered lot.
Is a delivery request a confirmed booking?
No. Staff must confirm availability, loading, receiving hours and the delivery plan.
How do I report an order issue?
Contact us with your order number, a description and photos. Keep the order and freight documents so the issue can be reviewed.
